Judge K. Michael Moore, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, issued a new Administrative Order on August 11, 2020.
Administrative Order 2020-53 further suspends federal jury trials in the district until January 4, 2021. The Court has also suspended Grand Jury proceedings until the same date. Civil bench trials can continue as district judges deem appropriate.
